I’ve been doing rolling 72s since January 19th. Today was my third refeed. After my refeeds I’ve been eliminating extremely minimal amounts. I started taking fiber gummies (during my keto refeeds) to help the process but it doesn’t seem to be working. Is there anything I should do?
How do you know it’s not enough? Me? I don’t worry about. I go when I need to and whatever comes is fine. And eating half a pound of food tonight does not mean I’m going to have a half pound poop tomorrow. Even when I was eating SAD there was the occasional day when it didn’t happen.
Take Mag o7 - at night - 3pr 4 tablets and have enough time before your day starts to visit the bathroom the next morning a couple of times - good luck :) Also check on your fiber intake - your having enough water / greens - also look into taking psyllium husk
