How do you know it’s not enough? Me? I don’t worry about. I go when I need to and whatever comes is fine. And eating half a pound of food tonight does not mean I’m going to have a half pound poop tomorrow. Even when I was eating SAD there was the occasional day when it didn’t happen.
Take Mag o7 - at night - 3pr 4 tablets and have enough time before your day starts to visit the bathroom the next morning a couple of times - good luck :) Also check on your fiber intake - your having enough water / greens - also look into taking psyllium husk
