Not sure which one to do zero carb OMAD, Snake juice fast or a dry fast.

I’m currently 55 pounds overweight. Goal is to be ripped and get healthier. I have done 4 days dry fast but wasn’t working at the time. Was really low on energy. Same with 10 days water only fast. Felt like shit with no electrolytes. Loved how quickly the dry fasting results were!

I’m currently working a semi physically demanding job. There are times I need to move fast.

I can do long Snake juice fasts. But the Snake juice packets from Amazon. Also last time I did a water only fast kept running to use the bathroom at work. Good thing it was a slow work week. How much to drink with getting the benefits of Snake juice without having to run to use the bathroom?

Few years ago did the steak and eggs diet. Felt great and lost good amount of weight. Results were not as quick with the other fasts. Just had water throughout the day.

I would go with low carb OMAD …might be overkill, but a liter or two of snake juice might help with work performance & cravings. if you sweat a lot. Just one random guy’s opinion. Low/no carb OMAD helped me to drop 1/2 lb per day consistently … and I was sitting on my behind.

Just try them all out and stick to whichever responds to your body the best. Your body will tell you better than anyone else can ever do.

People (including myself) tend to overcomplicate/overthink this stuff. Keep it simple, listen to your body and go from there.
