Hi, I have been Fasting in the past and i hate the first 3-4 days but I really need to lose around 8-11 kilo’s so i’ve been postponing fasting for about 2 months now since I am changing jobs but the start date isn’t known yet.
In my past fasts (5 and 11 days) I noticed i got muscle cramps in my legs and tried to fix this with salt and magnesium but it gave my the ‘shitters’ so can’t have that.
So i decided to start fasting till about 1-2 days before my new job starts and every lost kilo is great and the remaining weight i have to loose with IF and keto.
But I was wondering, how long should i prepare to take to break the fast abd move into Keto without having to run to the toilet every 5 minute… which will look bad on the new job 😁
You’re taking too much salt if you’re having diarrhea. I would advise switching to smart water (Pinterest has recipes if you want to save money) and add potassium to your supplements. As for switching to Keto - I always advise going Keto then fasting.
