A couple days isn’t important.
If you go back to your plan and the weight goes down, then it’s probably just a hiccup. Don’t worry about it.
If you continue eating out and the weight/measurements/progress pics aren’t going your way, then you need to adjust things.
Eating out isn’t a bad thing. Eating out constantly and not meeting your goals isn’t great. So do what you need to do to stay on plan.
If you weigh yourself at different times of the day you’ll see different numbers. Your weight is constantly fluctuating. If you’re going off weight just look at weekly and monthly trends, not daily fluctuations
you didn’t gain 2 ibs in 2 days. That would mean you ate a 3500 calorie surplus, which is really hard to do. All fast foods have a lot of sodium + its heavy in carbs. IF you count the calories per meal, I’m sure it doesn’t equate a single pound at all. You’re just retaining a lot of water, and that’s nothing to worry about. The weight you just gained will go back down in a few days, if you stay on your normal diet. Don’t be discourage cause my weight at the beginning of the week was 156 and I’m sure I didn’t gain like 4ibs in 5 days.
