Generally the macros per 100g should always be equal to or less than 100g, with the remaining weight consisting of water, alcohol, etc.

I see for the label in your image that the macros add up to slightly greater than 100g. This is probably due to the fact that there is some small margin of error for determining each macro when they are measuring the actual food product, as well as the fact that the numbers are all rounded.
