I was surprised when I read the ingredients of one of mine too. I checked some other brands, and found more than one that are just Oats and Water. I don’t remember the names of them unfortunately, but definitely shop about.

Yes. Fake milks are generally no beuno. The whole idea behind them is to make a substitute of milk but with cheaper ingredients (seed oils) ie to be more profitable. Its not that surprising that they are less healthy
