Answer

Yes they are great for you. You can also add many nutrient dense toppings like nuts, seeds, and fruit. Oats are a whole grain and contain many important nutrient like fiber and protein. Like other comments have said don’t buy them in packet form because they high in sugar.

Answer

Excellent source of nutrition. The irony is that glyphosate, which is quite high in oats, makes that almost worthless. Since it acts as a chelating agent of your vitamins/minerals, among other things , 2.

So, avoid also if celiac (the proteins can react). And look for brands tested low for glyphosate. Alternatively, eat eggs or whatever else as a substitute, it’ll probably be more bioavailable anyway without the phytic acid.

Answer

its a grain. grains are seeds of grasses. grains = innflamatory.

you can make oats less innflamatory by soaking it. but ideally you would avoid it.

if you “must” have oats, soak it and pair it with a high quality fat source to avoid excessive blood sugar spike.
