OMAD 01/15/23-02/12/23 30M 5’10” SW:216lbs CW:199lbs GW:165lbs

Did OMAD (23/1) almost 1 month! I only ate dinner. I just couldn’t sleep hungry.

No exercise other than a casual 15-30min walk 2-3times a week.

No special diet but I tried to drink apple cider vinegar water every morning and before I break my fast.

There were time my weight stayed the same 2-3days max 4 day but after that it always went down.

Also had 3-4 occasions where I stayed out late drinking and eating. Failure happens just need to get back on track.

This journey I will not be too greedy by only eating super clean and hitting the gym everyday. it’s just not sustainable for me. I’m only going to adapt the things that I can stick to for a long time or life.

This is not a dramatic change or anything and still got long way to go but I just wanted to be helpful in a way, since I get help and get motivated here all the time!

My short goal weight is 185 by March 1st I will keep it posted. Good luck to your journeys!

That’s amazing! I would just warn to keep your goals realistic, there are only 16 days left in February and you want to lose 14 lbs. Seems drastic to me, but your success so far is inspiring, usually the first mo th you lose the most also. Good luck! ❤️
