What do you mean what meal do you break your fast with? I’m not actively doing OMAD, but afaik you just break it with any meal that covers your daily calorie intake. So basically you just eat whatever you want

I prefer to initially break my fasts with either: bananas, tea, vegetables of some kind, eggs, beans, other fruits, yogurt, kombucha, sauerkraut, hot sauce.

There’s a big difference in putting things like that in me first before moving onto denser (perhaps more processed, as well) items

You mean for weight loss? I did keto+OMAD to lose 145 lbs.

So I ate meat+eggs with very few fruits (avocado, olive, berries), and some veggies (green leafy, broccoli, asparagus). Worked great, about 10 lbs. a month for 14 months. I stay OMAD for the health benefits.
