I do omad but it doesn’t feel like omad? Like I don’t get physically hungry until around 5-6 my dinner time I drink plenty of water and my energy doesn’t suffer. My question is should I do TMAD eating every other day or every 48 hours? Or should I eat two meals every other day so I can do slowly
To me the next step if I eat at 5pm everyday would be 48 hours. Whenever I’ve switched up my eating times I get in the habit of eating say lunch then I want more food by the evening. It’s always been easier for me to avoid eating earlier in the day.
If for some reason you just feel you need to eat I’d eat a light breakfast the second day and remove those cals from dinner then try and avoid the snack some days
