Can you explain to me what OMAD is and how to do it properly? I was told by a co-worker who did it that it’s basically one meal that consists of 1,500 calories a day? I am currently doing IF 16:8 but want to try see if OMAD is something that I would be interested in doing.
Would definitely like to hear your guy’s experience with OMAD and how to do it properly.
Calories may be higher or lower based on your base metabolic rate, but yeah, just one big meal per day is the basic premise.
I did the same thing. Started doing 16/8 then just kinda fell into OMAD. Lost 60lbs, and saved a lot of money no longer buying lunches :)
