What time is your meal and what’s an example of a typical meal ? Thanks !
41/M/6’4”/201lbs - been doing omad carnivore for a solid month now, after having been clean keto since July.
I’ll have a pound and a half, two pounds of 80/20 ground beef, seasoned liberally with Redmond real salt and a steak seasoning powder — I’ve been eating it right off the hot skillet. F*cking glorious and delicious.
Other times I’ll have 20-30oz of tri tip or chuck roast.
I’ll make a whole packet of drumsticks: whisk some eggs, dip the drumsticks in that, and then dredge them through a bowl of pork panko (aka breadcrumbs, but made out of crushed pork rinds, therefore zero carb) mixed with my own Nashville Hot seasoning that has none of the filler BS. I love heat and so I’ll sometimes throw a few shakes of my reaper powder in there, too, just to bring the pain a little bit. Then do them up in the air fryer til they’re done and then FEAST!!
