I’m curious how people can eat one meal a day and IF for 23 hours. I’ve been doing 2 meals in a 4-5 hour window. I tried cramming in a good number of calories to try omad and crashed into a 2-hour food coma sleep. What am I missing?
You’ll need at least a week for your body to get used to it. I’d recommend drinking a little apple cider vinegar a few hours before eating to prevent acid reflux since you’ll be consuming all your food at once. I’ve been doing OMAD (and keto) for almost two months, and I love it. I eat at the same time everyday, which makes it simple, and I’ve saved a ton of money.
