I have been doing 16/8 for a while and was toying with the idea of OMAD
Trouble is, I powerlift 3 days a week and do Muay Thai one or two days a week.
Is it possible to digest 160grams of protein in the small window available in OMAD? or should I stick to 19/5 on those days??
Definitely can digest it. I have done it and made gains in my lifts. It probably isn’t optimal for performance but I need to lose weight. Different things work for different people try it for a week or two and see if you like it.
