I do OMAD and rarely eat at the same time each day. I think it’s actually better. I eat when it’s most convenient for me. That means some days my fast is 16-20 hours long and some days 20-28 depending on when my last meal was the day before. I try to eat my whole meal within one hour timeframe.
I’ve just kept with the simplest of terms, one meal a day.

Doesn’t matter the time. Sometimes I do a big brunch time. Sometimes a big supper. Sometimes I’m not off work at 10pm so that’s when I eat.
