How do you omad dry fast effectively and hydrate properly in a small window? Anyone who’s done this for a period of time what does your eating/hydrating routine look like and what time of day do you do it?
A typical day for me looks like this:
And the rest of the day I’m dry fasting.
Caveats:
It took me a bit of time and iterations of other routines to get to this point (say, like 2-3 months of experimenting and getting accustomed to it), but now, after a few months of living like this, it truly feels amazing
