How bad is it to eat a healthy meal and then eat a pack of MM’s or Soda? Does it pretty much cancel the hard work you put in that day? I burned over 900 calories today too. I just couldn’t help myself. How bad is sugar or what does it do to the body after a 23hr fast?
Why do all that work just to piss it all away? Get some raspberries and drink a san Pellegrino. It’s not bad, it’s just counter productive. For this to mean anything, more than anything, you need to change your psychology surrounding food and reward.
