OMAD folks, how do you get going in the morning?

I’m planning to use OMAD to get my body back after pregnancy, but I need to have energy to keep up with the kids in the morning. Lemon water??

I’ve actually begun eating in the morning around 8am and absolutely love it. I don’t even think about food the rest of the day. Always used to eat closer to noon. When I was doing that I’d rely on black coffee or green tea in the morning.

Nothing. Just keep busy. I’ve noticed that after 6 weeks of no stimulants (right now I’m doing omad and keto….again) suddenly I became very much “even” when it comes to energy. I’d assume that body, through self-repair processes, becomes in tune to what’s happening. Are you able to survive few weeks without anything at all? If not, then why OMAD and not 16:8?
