Title is pretty much the question.
My meal is after the end of my work day, generally 5 or 6 PM. I don’t work out as in go to the gym or run or anything extra but my job has periods of very strenuous physical activity daily. Initially, while I was adapting, I was feeling slow and weak during this physical activity. It was almost bad enough to quit doing OMAD. I stuck with it though and after a couple months the fatigue problem disappeared. I tend to stay low carb so it might have been that causing the fatigue but it did go away.
Depends what the goal is. If I want to build muscle and hit new PRs then I’ll workout immediately after breaking my fast with a protein bar. If I’m only concerned with weight loss, then I’ll workout while in a fasted state
