What am I doing wrong, started my week weighing in 220lbs, and ended the week at 224lbs.
Cannot seem to understand
It means you were loading up on carbs compared to normal. Those 4 pounds are probably all water weight.
Walking 30 mins a day make you retain less water weight.
If you have just started to take creatine, that also adds water weight as well.
Daily fluctations +/-5 lbs easy, so that means you can go on a diet and drop like 10 lbs within a week. lol
Same goes true if you load up on carbs.
