OMAD info

I wanna try the OMAD diet. I just need some advice/tips. I’m currently 182 lbs. My goal weight is 121 lbs. How long would it take me (with OMAD)to reach my goal?

It depends on how aggressive you want to be with caloric deficit. I prefer to be non-aggressive and let it take longer, because that way it feels very easy to keep going.

I’m 39F, 5’4”. I’ve been doing OMAD since May 2021, with almost identical starting and goal weights to yours. My current weight is 142 lbs.

I don’t count calories. OMAD doesn’t even feel like work anymore. Sure, I could lose faster if I counted calories and was more aggressive with the deficit… but I’d also be way more stressed out. I’ll happily accept a slower rate of loss in exchange for it feeling this easy.
