Just looking for opinions on which people have found more effective for not only weight loss but also maintaining that loss.
I’ve been keto for almost 3 years. I have PCOS and needed to balance my hormones and this did it for me. Easiest way I have ever eaten, I love to cook and can make almost any dish keto so the husband and teenagers eat this way too and everyone is happy and healthier. I have been IF off and on for a year, am now starting rolling 48’s to finish loosing these last 20 pounds and try tighten up this loose skin because it’s a lot. Have lost almost 100 pounds at this point :) if you do keto first and become fat adapted, I think that makes fasting easier.
From my experience fat loss is not a linear path. Not a consistent one anyway
Mainly because of social situations my keto fasting diet breaks often.
So there is no real definite answer i can give. I mix it up all the time. And know if i stuff up i can reel it back in.
Keto has been a godsend for me. But you have to do it properly!
