Does anyone have a good source for nutritionally complete OMAD meals?
I am not a dietitian, but I always assume if I eat the rainbow🌈 made from items that grew from the ground, swam, flew or walked before reaching my plate, that I would be getting a wide variety of vitamin and minerals needed. Nothing (minimal) processed no preservatives besides the occasional pickling. A vitamin can hurt either.
I stumbled across this blog when I first started reading up on IF. This page specifically provides guidance on creating a complete meal in one bowl- for her it’s always a salad, but the same principles could be applied to any OMAD meal!
