I find it hard to intermittent fast on work days because I leave my house at 9 am and don’t get home until after 6. It’s difficult to eat multiple Times throughout the day. On top of that, I’m macro counting so I have to be pretty particular with what I do eat when I’m eating. Thinking OMAD might be a good option but not sure how realistic it is with macro counting. Has anyone had experience with this? Any ideas or tips for OMAD that has great macros? I’m currently at 116 protein 116 carbs and 54 fat. That just seems like an insane amount of food I would have to eat in one meal to hit these macros.
Do 16:8 and then OMAD on weekends. As long as you’re eating fairly clean, you’ll get good results. Stay away from sweets and other packaged stuff, as this creates cravings. My buddy did this and lost close to 40 lbs in three and a half months.
I’m doing Omad at weekends and then trying to change things through the week, running in the evening and just maintaining. Sometimes missing lunch or eating a little more healthily. I find Omad can impact on your mood and work otherwise.
