Which way is faster to lose and keep weight off? OMAD or a weekly 36? Or does it matter as long as it’s fewer calories in than out at the end of the week?
All things being equal, little to no difference. If you ate 15,000 calories in a week one way you’d get similar weight loss eating 15,000 calories the other way.
So whatever way is sustainable and preferable for you will be best. There’s no double fat calorie burning after 20 hours or anything.
It doesn’t matter if you’re maintaining the same caloric deficient. It’s why alternative day fasting and other variations work. You’ll lose the same amount of weight per week, whatever method you choose. Stick to what works for you.
