OMAD question

Hi all, When you are omad fasters, do you eat track your time? Or just stick to the same meal time every day?

If you track time do you essentially do 23/1 or go to the full 24, eat and then start again? TIA

I like consistency but don’t exactly force it. My only hard constraints are a) having one sitting in a calendar day – no matter how long it lasts and how long I fasted before –, and b) maintaining a monthly average ratio of at least 20:4. So in practice I’ll eat when it best suits me and just update a moving average in my spreadsheet when I’m done. The end result over time typically converges to ~22:2, even if day-to-day things sometimes appear random; e.g. a 16:1 (cycles don’t always neatly last 24 hours), followed by a 29:3, followed by a 22:1 (total = 72 hours, average over 3 cycles = 22.33 : 1.67).
