If you’ve found success with OMAD, what time do you eat? About how many calories are you shooting for?
I’ve been on OMAD for a long time and my eating window everyday is from 3pm-4pm. This works best for me and I don’t count my calories. I just ensure that it’s a healthy low carb meal with a good amount of protein. I don’t feel hungry at all so there’s no question of overeating. All the best to you!👍
