I have recently started intermittent fasting and I’m doing OMAD three days a week (Monday, Wednesday and Friday @ 5pm), with two meals a day for the other days (1pm and 5pm).
You don’t need to do OMAD every day. If you keep you last meal time constant, like I do, then you can incorporate an OMAD into the schedule by simply not eating between your final meal the day before and then your normal evening meal time to break the fast.
