I switch back and forth. Lately, I’m doing two a day, or one-and-a-half when my last half being supplemental calories to stave off cravings. Based on my own experiences, u/breakthrureality has it right: Keep a caloric deficit, eat (or don’t eat) at the right times, and you should be golden. Good luck!
