I’ve done rolling 48s before with success but this time around I’m getting really hungry on fast days.
I have about 30 lbs to lose and I was wondering how much slower would OMAD be than rolling 48s? I’d be eating like 600 cals on OMAD. It is simple as 600 cals x 7 days = roughly 1 pound so I’d be losing a pound less every week?
Fasting is the most effective way of caloric deficit, but that does not mean you can accelerate fat loss, real fat loss for 30 pound cut will be somewhere around 1-3 pounds weekly, you can absolutely lose .5 pounds per day on Omad as long as you eat healthy ; may as well do a 20-4 and add an extra snack ;) and avoid muscle glycogen loss.
