I recommend Sports Research’s Vegan Omega 3 sourced from Algae Oil. It should be easy to find on Amazon and since it’s sourced from algae there’s no risk of toxic metal contamination like there is with fish oil. It also has a really good ratio of DHA to EPA.
I take the fish oil kirkland brand. According to my orthopaedic surgeon, it works better than most other brands, including the more expensive variety. I’ve had less inflammation pain since being on it.

It’s pretty cool.
I talked my doctor into prescribing Lovaza and by some miracle, my insurance actually covered it. I was primarily doing this so I know that the fish oil I’m getting is 100% pure and medical grade. I really like the Lovaza and take 2 MG everyday (2 pills).
