Does anyone know the issue ? I would lose 2 pounds but gain 1 or 2 back and I don’t know why
You can still be storing water in your fat cells from hormonal stuff. I don’t know exactly how it works, but I lost nothing on a ten day fast. When I broke it, my period started. I know this is a WATER fasting forum, but try either going 12 hours with no water, or at least limiting water for a day or so. Also make sure your electrolytes are in place. Some times the body hordes water if thinks it’s not going to get salt, potassium etc.Would love to hear how it works out. This is the reason I even looked in to dry fasting because I didn’t understand at all how I could stay the same weight after ten days of only water!
