So far I have lost 20lbs. I weighed 326 when I started. Trying to get under 300 for the first time in years. My goal is to fast till the 18th. It’s time for me to take supplements so I won’t run into issues on what to get. Should they be in powered form or pill? Also what kind of potassium should I get? I plan on getting Himalayan salt for my sodium and magnesium citrate but not sure which form. Thank you for the advice in advance.
So I don’t do like a men’s one a day supplement on days I am fasting since it’s usually take it with food. I use pink salt off Amazon, i did take magnesium citrate powder by bulk supplements off of Amazon but stopped, I use potassium cholride powder by bulk supplements (you can also use no salt or nu salt or salt free or whatever it is called) off Amazon. I found I haven’t really needed the magnesium at all but I will take it from time to time when I’m not fasting as well as a men’s one a day. I found that on a 28 day fast I did not feel nauseated or dizzy at all. I was only mentally hungry from time to time, not physically hungry.
