So basically ive been reading up abt fasting and all but most sources i find only tell up to 72 hours, no info for 100 hours +, is there anyone who can provide some insight on what starts to happen after 100 hours? And further?
My experience is post 72 hours hunger is a lot more manageable and less intrusive, I usually feel best days 4-6. But by day 6+ my sleep quality starts to degrade which is usually why I stop a fast around day 7-8. Keep up on your electrolytes to maintain energy and prevent muscle cramping.

but seriously, you’ll be in deep ketosis if that matters to you at all. The differences between 72 hours and 100 hours are pretty small and largely related to hormones. The hunger/ghrelin signaling gets weaker. The main changes occur in the first 72 hours. loss of water weight, entering ketosis, gut biome changes a lot without food as well. After that point its much more of a mental challenge than physical. the same strategies to get through discomfort in the first few days still help. electrolytes still matter. and so on.
