Do not wanna sound negative but it sounds like a tough thing to do. Dr Filonov said it was a very bad thing to go from a water fast to a dry fast, could make you feel a lot worse during the dry fast, guessing because you have not prepared well enough when doing so?
I did it myself after 3 days of water, it was a spontaneous thing. Think there could be something to the docs advice, I felt really bad.
And that was only for 4 days dry, had to break it by day 5. 10 would be brutal, at least for me…
So guess my advice would be do 1-day or 36 hours intervals of dry fasting if you still wanna do it now. Start getting used to it. Do not think the symtoms should be as bad if you do so
