Im currently on OMAD fasting diet and haven’t really felt the urge to drink water as much as I would the previous time I attempted OMAD half a year ago. So to follow that up I’m curious to know if I would end up losing more weight than if I were to drink more water while eating the same proportion sizes.
Although I’m in the same boat, i track all my stuff with one of those smart scales. It may not be accurate, but it’s consistently inaccurate.With that said, I’ve noticed when my water % is higher on there, my bf % is lower.I wish i could drink more, but sometimes i feel like i would just be forcing it.
