Hypothetically speaking, with my appetite I could quite happily consume 6000 calories in an hour, having done OMAD for a while and was wondering if it would be possible/ inconsequential for long term health to do this consistently at 48 hour intervals rather than 24. I’m a fit 25/m who trains regularly. Many thanks guys.

I personally felt like 2 more reasonably sized meals in a short window helped me regulate portion size and get away from seeking that “stuffed” kind of sedated feeling of a very large meal. But, ymmv re: that goal.
