After doing one week of 24 hour fast I’m down 12 pounds. I was 350 on Sunday the 15th when I decided to do a week of 24 hour fast and only eating once a day. By Sunday the 22nd when I weighed myself I went down to 338 pounds. I plan on doing this for a while as it’s only gotten easier. How long can i go for before it becomes bad for me? Btw I changed up my diet as well. My one meal a day consist of broccoli, zucchini, squash and asparagus serverd up with steak fish and chicken through out the week.
Just make sure you are getting enough calories in that one meal or else you will lose weight initially and then crash your metabolism. Also, make sure you are getting enough fats in with your meals. Lastly, OMAD is great and sounds like you’d adopted quickly so maybe throw in a 36h or 48h fast through your week and then refers with 2MAD to make sure you are getting enough to kee your metabolism on boil.Keep it up, sounds like you are doing great and this is really working for you
