Hello guys, I recently found out about the snake diet and I want to try it out. I will start my journey tomorrow and it will refeed on Sunday afternoon. I’m 6.1 foot tall, weighting at 253.6 lbs. I have a decent amount of muscle mass and my fat is mostly stored in my belly. I will update you guys of my progress at Thursday morning and Sunday morning.
Good luck! I started at similar stats in 2018. Now I’m around 180 & loving it. Focus on the routine and developing good habits rather than just trying to go balls out and fast for a week if you’ve never done it before. It is worth it though. I’d never go back.
