I started with him. Made some incredible progress. I really enjoyed his coaching approach. Step by step implementation and nothing too crazy. A really good strong focus on the diet. Then also a good portion into exercise.
I did the coaching with him directly. I understand that now there are multiple coaches alongside with him, so I don’t know how they are.
There are a ton of coaches out there. Two solid ones I can think of off the top of my head are Chris Tuttle and Layne Norton
