I’m talking about the book here and not any of the views of the organization that uses his name. I’m curious to see what people think since most of the criticisms I come across are directed at that group rather than the original studies and the book. There seems to be some convincing evidence favoring certain dietary patterns.
The book itself is good. He basically pointed out the issues with the modern diet and what it does to teeth and jaw shape. However, he lived in the early 1900s. I think the current organization has gone off the rails on most things.
