I am having a similar problem. I have 20 more lbs until normal weight and it is very impossible to lose.

This has happened on every diet I have ever gone on and it is always the reason for gaining it back.
I am trying to figure out what to do differntly this time. But nothing works to lose weight.

It should be 1g protein for every pound of LEAN body weight. You’re eating to maintain the muscle on your frame - not the water, fat, bone, and what’s in your intestines. This should make it feasible to meet your protein at your deficit 😊

Odd that you did not mention what fast protocol you are following. I have found out that with fasting I don’t need to be in a caloric deficit to lose weight, when I don’t eat I don’t eat, when I do I eat I eat normal meals.

If you are strength training just pick a fasting protocol that allows you to eat for recovery (after your lifts) and then well, eat.
