No, you will be ok. You only lost one day. Just contine your normal fasting. One day is not the end of the world.
What does worry me is your attitude to weight loss. It’s extreme and unhealthy. Forcing youself to exercise, and fasting 36 hours just because you over-ate once, that’s not a sensible response.
