What is your beat advice on how to get macros covered?
Personally, I keep it pretty simple. Set a minimum goal for protein to clear, set a maximum goal for calories to stay under, and just keep an eye on fats just to ensure not undereating on it too often - usually not a problem but still worth it to be aware of.
As long as protein and fats are hitting their essential levels and protein is getting any additional goal, all other calories can just land wherever really.
