I’m curious what your dietary and metabolic preferences are, as fasters. What’s your preferred diet, what are you eating most of the time (and especially between fasts), and why?
I’m vegan. My diet is mostly whole foods that I prepare myself. I focus on fiber first, then protein.
I went plant based for health reasons and then vegan for the animals and the environment. I’m 50F and have never been healthier, fitter or stronger.
