Answer

I am a wife and mom of 2, so I usually eat what you might consider standard American fare: taco salad, chicken parmesan, chili with corn bread, pork tenderloin with baked potatoes, etc. I tend to not eat a lot of flour or added sugar thanks to what I think may be undiagnosed orthorexia (not sure yet, kind of struggling mentally), so I do make modifications to accommodate that, and I’ll serve like bread or other things to my family that I’ll skip or eat something like Ezekiel bread instead.

Answer

A typical meal includes

  1. Homemade bone broth

  2. Homemade seed crackers with chicken liver pate

  3. A huge salad with at least 15 plant products

  4. A mix of meat, vegan, and fish meals always with protein and carbs

  5. Matcha Vanilla Protein Chia pudding with mixed berries

  6. A few homemade oat and fruit cookies

  7. Some dark chocolate, or extra fresh fruit.

My dietary goal is 40 to 50 different plants per week. Mainly whole foods, no gluten.

I hail from a rice-eating country and it’s difficult for me to give it up in a snap… so I just eat the usual dish that we have to pair it with, then I’ll just have a spoonful of rice. I’m doing 36 hours now, and OMAD… and I have a sedentary lifestyle.
