People who are into OMAD, how long did it take for you to lose your belly fat?

I (29 F) have started doing OMAD a week ago and I was wondering how long does it take to see changes in the belly region. I currently weigh 65 kg but it seems most of my fat went to my tummy and it looks bad whenever I try any western clothes . I usually try to eat low calorie meal like zero oil and boiled fish curry with roti for omad and I was hoping to lose my tummy through this lifestyle. I already feel much better nowadays with my constipation and uti issues ! I drink water throughout the day but I have not started working out yet . Should I work out or should I wait to lose some weight first?

Answer

I starting loosing almost immediately when I started IF. Weight came off visually from my belly first. At least to me. Visceral fat was shrinking. I still have a belly due to a cesarean section (I had twins) and it probably will never be flat again. Overall I tend to eat keto very low on carby stuff. Definitely no potatoes or rice. I do have butter or avocados. I eat salmon, eggs, meat. I’ve been doing OMD with occasional 48/70 hours here and there. SW 171 CW137 GW120-125

I’m over 120 days of IF at this point (mostly OMAD but also doing full day fasts 3x week now). Everyone loses in different spots. I wish I lost more in my tummy by now but instead I am finding myself getting boney in random spots (shoulders, spine, etc). I lost in my stomach but I also lost all over. I suspect my stomach will be the last place for me to feel 100% complete on though.
