Hello. As I am at chapter 19 of the book. If this comes up in the Appendix B let me know that i hsvent gotten far enough in the book. However, in Chapter 19 Fung mentions that protien should be 20-30% of intake for the day. I am at 10% or less carbs (through veggies and minescule grams from full fat dairy per his recommendation). So should i be at 60-70% fat from natural fats? Does this sound right?
The protien % I got from the Obesity Code book. My question is what %of non processed or grainy carbs as well as % fat are recommended aside from protien. I am trying to follow his recommendation for the 24 hour fasting protocol. Not necessarily do a Keto diet.
