You can’t.
If a plant is growing in an area treated with herbicides and pesticides it gets into the soil and is physically in the fruit.
Yes there is a concern of residual chemicals on the fruit but you can’t wash off what exists in it.
That’s the whole reason we have completely separate farms for organic foods.
