I do the same thing, op! I use my Wellbutrin and vyvanse that I am prescribed for my ADHD and related binge eating. What people don’t realize is that vyvanse and/or Wellbutrin is prescribed for those that can’t prevent themselves from compulsive eating via result of lack of specific neurotransmitters/ neurotransmitter functionality AS WELL as ADHD.
If you were prescribed these meds and they help you, use them! That’s seems like a GOOD tool for you for the challenges you face, and I have to testify that I don’t know where I’d be either if I didn’t have my meds.
People think it’s all about weight loss and self control, and see you possibly “cheating,” but in reality, your hormone balance, your cognitive functioning, neurotransmitter functioning and availability is just a part of a HUGE sum of all that goes into successful fasting and weight loss. Some are born with good levels of brain/body chemistry, and some need meds to get there.
That’s okay.
Keep using your meds if they help you. I have learned to forget what others say when you are being your best self and seeing results because they are probably just jealous. ;)

My queustion is how many times have you started a fasting cycle without vynase lately. If your now able to start a fasting cycle without Vynase thats great tip for people struggling to adapt to fasting early on. Knowing they will not alway be depending on a fix and it is aid.
